I recently purchased some software from an online retailer in the UK. They promised insured delivery by Parcel Force. I paid by a visa card and this has already been debited from my visa card account. This was all done last Tuesday. It hasn’t arrived and I was expecting it by the weekend, and have rung (no answer) and emailed twice to enquire (no answer). Well, my mom’s a little overprotective. So I’m 15 and yes, I still shop with my mom. I don’t get allowance, so I guess this makes sense.
