What are the best stores for back to school shopping?

I wanted to know which stores are best for clothes shopping with great deals (because i dont have loads of money) and are really stylish.
Also, what is the best store for supply shopping? I just want something cheap for supplies.

2.Walmart or Target have a lot of supplies! Im getting my supplys at my school since they sell them there for 40$ and the stuff I think are ugly like the folders or cheap pencils i usally replace them with things that ill buy at waltmart!
